The photos that the press use to accompany a story are always quite telling in themselves about the picture they are trying to portray of the subject. So I feel obligated to point out that the tweed jacket I’m wearing in the recent round of hounding was about £14 from Tesco. 😌

R to @BootstrapCook: (Actually, most of the stuff I wear that people comment on IRL to ask where it’s from, is from Tesco! I do love their clothes. Generally excellent quality and wash/wear/last really well too. Had that jacket YEARS now and just bung it in the washing machine. 11/10 recommend.)

If I could have told 11 year old bookworm me that one day I would somehow have a job where free books would just turn up on my doorstep, usually before they’re released, I think she would have combusted with glee. And to be fair, 34 year old bookworm me still feels the same! 💕
