Anyway I need some help with choosing colours. From left to right, these are the colours of my sofa (doubling as my bed), curtains and shelving, carpet, and bookcases. I’m allowed to paint the walls (!!) - what complementary wall colour would bring all of these elements together?

R to @BootstrapCook: Yea I have deliberately used F&B paints as points of reference because sometimes I do like to throw some red meat to the slavering hyenas of the internet. Just to keep them entertained. I don’t actually want any of these on the wall!

R to @BootstrapCook: Thinking a pale mushroom/oatmeal/twine, but also slightly obsessed with the idea of a very pale green for a riot in pastels… hnnnnghhhh… might look like a 1990s maternity ward though…

R to @cazb14: Ooooh thanks. I’m hoping to get paint etc in the next week or so, so I can paint before moving the furniture in, as it’ll be a tight tight space for all the stuff we’re keeping without trying to paint around it! So I’ll give this a go, thanks!

R to @JoannaWestUK: It’s a small space but I do have (rather busy!) navy curtains I can hang instead of the pink ones. The pink ones are super thermal and cosy though, and it’s got floor to ceiling windows so think I’ll go with those!

R to @merje_shaw: I just found choosing clothes completely overwhelming so I dyed a load of them black. Refreshed anything stained/fading, meant it all went together, and gave me one less thing to think about while I recovered. Still got most of it and still wear it!

R to @t3hsis: I know, I love this game! And with only two real rooms to decorate (bedroom for SB, lounge/bedroom for me) I’m very keen to get it ~exactly right~. He wants his walls a deep peacock green, so that’s that.
