Having a particularly crummy, agonising arthritis flare at the moment, so please give me some time and space to get through it. As tempting as it is for some to ride roughshod all over a person who is vulnerable and in pain, please for the love of god just let me get well. Thanks

Just in from a meeting (when in physical/emotional pain I really can’t afford to skip them!) Can highly recommend a teaspoon of the cheapest clear honey, stirred into the cheapest hot chocolate, to make something so much greater than the sum of its component parts. Goodnight
R to @KarlBlendell: Always. Try to do about 10 a week at the moment, which probably seems a lot but seems to be my sweet spot for staying on track and sometimes even serene with it
R to @ChrissieClarky: Being held up, more like, sometimes literally (having to swallow some pride and be helped in and out of cars and accept lifts etc. don’t like it, but needs must!)
R to @Mr_S_David: It makes me feel all warm and comforted, so I guess it does help me sleep! The (small amount of) sugar might throw some people off but it’s never really affected me like that, so just be aware if you’re sensitive to sugar spikes it might not be as useful
