Італія підтримала нас в обороні, зокрема дуже важливою системою ППО. Потужною SAMP/T.

Італія підтримала нас політично, зокрема в ЄС, підтримала наш кандидатський статус.

Італія підтримала нас безпековими гарантіями, зокрема підписала разом з усією «Групою семи» декларацію про Україну.

Наступний рік – час головування Італії в «Групі семи». І я не сумніваюся, що цей час дасть сильні рішення не лише для нашої спільної безпеки, не лише для всієї нашої Європи, а й глобально.

Сила – коли вона справжня – несе не війну, а мир. Мир буде нашим із вами результатом.

З такими словами звернувся до учасників щорічного міжнародного економічного форуму «Амброзетті».

Щойно провів засідання Ставки. Фактично вся Ставка про ситуацію на фронті зараз.

Головком, командувачі. Окрема закрита доповідь керівника ГУР Буданова.

Ситуація на сході, на півдні, на лівому березі Херсонщини. Постачання боєприпасів. Ракети для нашої ППО. Техніка. Українське виробництво зброї. Багато різних нюансів, багато різних деталей. Ключове – дати нашим воїнам ще більше необхідного для наступальних операцій, для розмінування, для евакуації поранених бійців. Кожен з учасників Ставки чітко розуміє, що повинен робити.

Була нарада з правоохоронцями – продовжують очищувати державу від тих, хто досі намагається послаблювати Україну зсередини. Осінь має бути плідною в цьому питанні – саме для України.

I just held a meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff. In fact, the entire meeting is about the situation at the front now.

There was a meeting with law enforcement officers – they continue cleansing the state of those, who are still trying to weaken Ukraine from the inside. Autumn should be fruitful in this matter – especially for Ukraine.

Безумовно, ми захистимо Україну і повернемо свободу всій нашій землі. І кожен із нас відчуває, що це буде Україна інших правил. Кордони – ті самі. Демократія – напевно, така ж бурхлива. Свобода – одна з найбільших у Європі, як і завжди.

Але точно без багатолітнього «як завжди» щодо тих, хто грабував Україну та ставив себе вище, ніж закон та будь-які правила. І я дякую українським правоохоронцям за рішучість довести до справедливого результату кожну – кожну зі справ, які десятиліттями гальмувались.

Закон повинен працювати. Так є. Так буде.

Як завжди, ґрунтовна й конкретна розмова з Президентом Франції Еммануелем Макроном.

Детально обговорили ситуацію на полі бою, кожен із напрямків. Передав актуальні потреби в обороні й подякував за потужну оборонну підтримку та постійну допомогу в розширенні можливостей наших воїнів. Франція справді цінує свободу й допомагає захищати її.

Обговорили конкретику щодо безпеки в Чорному морі, нашого «зернового коридору», який має бути продовжений. Домовилися посилити взаємодію в захисті морських шляхів.

Важлива домовленість щодо безпекових гарантій: наші команди – України та Франції – працюватимуть над двостороннім документом щодо гарантій.

Також обговорили підготовку Глобального саміту миру та активну лідерську участь Франції в роботі над реалізацією Формули миру. Дуже важливо, щоб якнайбільше країн світу приєдналися, зокрема держави Глобального Півдня.

Франція та її компанії братимуть участь у нашому Форумі оборонних індустрій, який активно готуємо. Про це теж домовлено.

Цього тижня парламенту буде запропоновано ухвалити й кадрове рішення. Хочу окреслити це зараз. Я вирішив провести заміну міністра оборони України. Олексій Резніков пройшов ці більш ніж 550 днів повномасштабної війни. Вважаю, що Міністерство потребує нових підходів та інших форматів взаємодії як із військовими, так і з суспільством в цілому. Зараз очолити Міністерство має Рустем Умєров. Верховна Рада України добре знає цю людину, і пан Умєров не потребує додаткових представлень. Очікую від парламенту підтримки цієї кандидатури.

Осінь – час для посилення.

This week, the Parliament will be offered to make a personnel decision. I want to outline it now. I have decided to replace the Minister of Defense of Ukraine. Oleksiy Reznikov has gone through more than 550 days of full-scale war. I believe that the Ministry needs new approaches and other formats of interaction with both the military and society at large. Now Rustem Umerov should lead the Ministry. The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine knows this person well, and Mr. Umerov does not need any additional introductions. I expect the Parliament to support this candidate.

Autumn is a time for strengthening.

The 109th separate territorial defense brigade, the 110th separate mechanized brigade, the 36th, 37th, 38th brigades of our marines, the 79th airborne assault brigade, the 53rd mechanized brigade, and the 59th motorized infantry brigade.
