Чекаємо першого траншу макрофіну вже в січні, першої партії енергоощадних ламп, шкільні автобуси, генератори й модульні будинки. Скоординували кроки щодо Саміту Україна – ЄС. Відчуваємо підтримку та прямуємо до перемоги разом.

I am glad to start the year with a phone call with President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen. I expressed gratitude for the unwavering support of the EU. We are waiting for the first tranche of macro-financial aid in January, the first batch of energy-saving lamps, school buses, generators and modular houses. We have coordinated steps on the EU-Ukraine Summit. We feel support and are moving towards victory together.

Від початку року минуло лише два дні, а рахунок збитих іранських дронів над Україною – вже більше вісімдесяти.

Найближчим часом ця кількість може зрости.
Ми маємо інформацію, що Росія планує тривалу атаку «Шахедами». Її ставка може бути на виснаження. На виснаження наших людей, нашої ППО, нашої енергетики. Але маємо зробити – і зробимо все, – щоб і ця мета терористів зазнала провалу, як і всі інші.

Хочу сьогодні відзначити за успішний захист неба цими днями Повітряні командування «Центр», «Південь» та «Схід». А особливо – бійців 96-ї Київської, 208-ї Херсонської і 138-ї Дніпровської зенітних ракетних бригад, 301-го Нікопольського зенітного ракетного полку Повітряних сил, а також воїнів 39-го зенітного ракетного полку Сухопутних військ.
Дякую, звичайно, пілотам наших винищувачів та бійцям мобільних вогневих груп.

Дякую всім, хто чергуватиме цієї ночі на бойових постах! Дякую всім, хто воює за Україну!

Only 2 days have passed since the beginning of the year, and the number of Iranian drones shot down over Ukraine already exceeds 80. This number may increase in the near future.

We have information that Russia is planning a prolonged attack with "Shaheds". Its bet may be on exhaustion of our people, air defense, energy sector. But we must ensure that this goal of terrorists fails like all the others.

Today, I want to mention the Air Commands "Center", "South" and "East" for the successful protection of the sky these days. Especially the 96th Kyiv, 208th Kherson and 138th Dnipro anti-aircraft missile brigades, the 301st Nikopol anti-aircraft missile regiment of the Air Forces, the 39th anti-aircraft missile regiment of the Ground Forces.

Of course, I’m grateful to the pilots of our fighter jets and warriors of mobile firing groups.

Провів чергове засідання Ставки Верховного Головнокомандувача. Валерій Залужний доповів про обстановку на основних напрямках фронту. Про ймовірні кроки агресора в найближчий період ішлося в доповіді Кирила Буданова.

Ще і ще раз опрацювали питання забезпечення нашої армії технікою та боєприпасами. Окремо обговорили грошове забезпечення й преміювання військовослужбовців.

Робимо все, щоб 2023-й став роком перемоги. Слава Україні!

I held a regular meeting of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief's Staff. Valerii Zaluzhny reported on the situation on the main frontline directions. Probable steps of the aggressor in the nearest period were outlined in the report of Kyrylo Budanov.

The issue of supplying our army with equipment and ammunition has been worked out once again. Separately, we discussed the salaries and bonuses for servicemen.

We are doing everything to make 2023 the year of victory. Glory to Ukraine!

Щойно говорив із Прем’єр-міністром Канади – і це четверта міжнародна розмова за сьогодні. Прем’єр-міністр Нідерландів, Прем’єр-міністр Британії, Прем’єр-міністр Норвегії – і ось Джастін Трюдо.

Ми почали цей рік одразу з того, що найбільш необхідне Україні саме зараз – напередодні тих нових мобілізаційних процесів, які готуються державою-терористом. Саме зараз – той момент, коли разом із партнерами маємо посилити нашу оборону.

Ми не сумніваємось, що теперішні господарі Росії кинуть усе, що у них залишилось, та всіх, кого зможуть зібрати, – щоб спробувати перевернути ситуацію у війні та принаймні відкласти їхню поразку.

Маємо зірвати цей російський сценарій. Готуємось до цього. Терористи повинні програти. Будь-яка спроба їхнього нового наступу повинна провалитися. Це буде фінальна поразка держави-терориста. І я дякую всім партнерам, які це розуміють.

Росія мобілізує тих, кого хоче кинути вмирати. Ми мобілізуємо цивілізований світ. Заради життя.

I have just finished a conversation with the Prime Minister of Canada, and this is the fourth international conversation today. The Prime Minister of the Netherlands, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, the Prime Minister of Norway. And now Justin Trudeau.

We started this year with what Ukraine needs most right now - on the eve of new mobilization processes being prepared by the terrorist state. Now is the moment when together with our partners we must strengthen our defense.

We have no doubt that the current masters of Russia will throw everything they have left and everyone they can muster to try to turn the tide of the war and at least postpone their defeat.

We have to disrupt this Russian scenario. We are preparing for this. The terrorists must lose. Any attempt at their new offensive must fail. This will be the final defeat of the terrorist state. I thank all partners who understand this.

Russia mobilizes those whom it wants to throw to death, we mobilize the civilized world. For the sake of life.

I had a long and detailed conversation with President of France Emmanuel Macron regarding the current situation. I thanked for the decision to transfer light tanks and Bastion APCs to Ukraine, as well as for intensifying work with partners in the same direction. We agreed on further cooperation to significantly strengthen our air defense and other defense capabilities. We also agreed to work on the implementation of the Peace Formula.

Сьогодні є нові й потужні результати від нашого дипломатичного марафону.

Франція виводить європейську оборонну підтримку України на новий рівень, і я дякую Президенту Макрону за це лідерство.
Отримаємо більше бронетехніки, і зокрема – колесні танки французького виробництва.

Це те, що дає чіткий сигнал усім іншим нашим партнерам: немає зараз жодної раціональної причини того, що Україні досі не постачалися танки західного зразка. А це дуже важливо, щоб відновити безпеку для всіх українців і спокій – для всіх європейців.

Саме перед новим «Рамштайном» такий сигнал є надзвичайно актуальним.
Треба поставити крапку в російській агресії саме цього року і не відкладати жодної з тих оборонних можливостей, які здатні пришвидшити поразку держави-терориста.
Сучасна західна бронетехніка, танки західного зразка – це як раз одна з таких ключових можливостей.

Today we have new and powerful results of our diplomatic marathon.

France takes European defense support for Ukraine to a new level, and I thank President Macron for this leadership.

We will receive more armored vehicles and in particular – wheeled tanks of French production.
This is what sends a clear signal to all our other partners – there is no rational reason why Ukraine has not yet been supplied with Western-type tanks. And this is very important to restore security for all Ukrainians and peace for all Europeans.
Before the new "Ramstein" such signal is extremely relevant.

We must put an end to the Russian aggression this year exactly and not postpone any of the defensive capabilities that can speed up the defeat of the terrorist state.

Modern Western armored vehicles, Western-type tanks are just one of these key capabilities.
