I don't know if deactivating your account puts the countdown on hold, so best to do is private everything (videos and account, not just account) if you think people will continue to report. 90 days from the most recent violation & you should be ok, but until then they may be extra trigger happy with you. I've always just given it a break when I have 2 warnings or so, unless they then decide to put a warning on an old video randomly, the bastards.
