Sorry if anyone follows SW here but IMO they’re not a great company to be following for healthy eating/losing weight or to be advertising… The whole “syn” system doesn’t make sense and it’s criticised by a lot of nutritionists/dieticians.
It may not be a colab… I am just guessing, but if not she is defo begging for one!! X
Mine has bought some salad utensils, funny as do watching her try to negotiate them and bits of salad flying everywhere, none of them can even use knives and forks. I have myelopathy due to a spinal condition and am clumsy, can still manage utensils to an extent, what is their excuse to be cack handed?

I have lost 3 and a half stone since January, on my own and not cut out any food groups… I stayed in a calorie deficit… and I haven’t exercised either as I can’t… I need surgery on my knee but have to get my BMI down (even though I am paying private

I am right posh me! The amount of rice that she gave Hairy Tits and the two biggest pieces of chicken (her mumbled words) is ridiculous. Also, why does King Hairy Tits always get served first. What ever happened to Ladies and Children first.Also I know this is Sevda’s thread and not Mine’s but the size of her plates?? Why is she using serving platters for people’s dinners

Edited to add… all she said in her EWM today was “I got some meals delivered, so we will have them the next few days” she didn’t say she had bought them! And we all
know she loves to say what she has bought!!! Just something funny about it I think

I can’t watch him at all. Or mine, the way they eat traumatises me. He looks like he needs his hard drive checking. The comments I’ve seen on her about how he is with his wife make him sound awful. Very misogynistic. He’s so dim too. Not a single brain cell between the lot of them.
