Simple coonsil tea here tonight. Got some links from the butchers to be using and I think they're Cyprus tatties? (they make lovely homemade chips anyway) so it's sausage, chips and egg or beans for the non egg eaters in the house ( the children). It's one of our fav comfort meals and one of the few meals everyone eats. Although I might try my little niece with veggie sausages because she isn't a huge meat eater. Can anyone recommend any nice ones?
