Yep. She has perpetual victim mentality too. Fatness is happening to her, she's not making herself fat. People with that mindset are a lost cause.

Yeah she ended up gaining 3 lb at the end of 5 weeks of calorie counting lol she would always treat herself every weekend to a takeaway but to be fair she looked loads better, her clothes, hair always looked a lot better.. appearance in general. She probably gains 3 lb in a few days now. I don’t think she EVER weighs herself now so can’t keep track of what’s happening with her body. I think weighing herself weekly would possibly be a bit of a game changer to her mindset.

We need way better education on fitness and nutrition. Too many people have that mindset. Unless you're doing sport at a super intense or competitive level, exercise will only help with fitness, not weight loss. Those are SEPARATE THINGS BECKIII. Throw your fitbit in the bin and count your calories (properly) instead.

funny now a few times she’s went on the walk she’s “forgot” her trainers. No big back bison, we all know it’s because your feet don’t fit In them you can just about wedge them in your crocs. Just admit you’ve a serious addiction to food or you’re just one greedy slob

She also goes on and on about how she loves going for her walks and loves dancing, but then will always show how many calories her watch says she's burned. That's all she's interested in, gathering the data she needs to perform mental gymnastics. It's all just to soothe her cognitive dissonance around food. Take the watch away and I bet you a McDonumds she'd be sitting on her arse instead.
