Yes it can, from my understanding everyones epilepsy is different though so triggers can be different. My best friend with epilepsy has more seizures when she's stressed or hasn't slept well. There is someone in here with epilepsy (so sorry I forgot you're user) so they may have ore info
Yes, everyone's epilepsy is different (different things trigger seizures and you can have seizures at any time in your life out of the blue or bc of a trauma or genetics, etc.)
Epilepsy triggers include; Stress, hormone levels, flashing lights, loud sounds, alcohol, drug use, dehydration (overheating is terrible), fevers, skipped meals and lack of sleep among other things.
(Edit) I should also add there are a variety of seizures and people can have a combination of seizures so someone could have absence seizures and tonic clonic seizures, etc and people with diabetes suffer from diabetic seizures because of blood sugar levels.
