Iranian government agents shot her in the face, blinding her in one eye. She is scheduled to undergo surgery to remove one of the bullets from her head. The surgery could seriously endanger her life. But she is not going to remain silent in front of the government and says that silence in the face of all the blood that has been shed is treason.
