R to @mrrichieharper: Did you not see the bit where I have attempted to and offered to pay SEVERAL TIMES and the litigator has refused to provide bank details or accept payment in order to force the outcome he wants. He has openly, publicly admitted, here on Twitter that even me settling the ‘debt’ wouldn’t stop him.

R to @mrrichieharper: And only one person in this dispute has made it their entire personality and is sharing gratuitous, daily, inappropriate details of court proceedings online. Clue: it’s not me.

Thought she was too big to repay the individuals £10, now turned it into a pantomime of tatty publicity, I sense a book, a speaking tour and a 'poor me' range of cutlery coming soon ffs 💤💤💤💤💤

R to @BootstrapCook: And for the record, I have attempted to pay the litigator at least seven times.
April: took cash to an event I was talking at that he had emailed the organisers to say he would be attending.
May: via the company he used to serve papers
May: asked the court for ways to pay
May: attempted Patreon refund, unsuccessful because it was in January and they only allow refunds from the previous 90 days
June: when he telephoned me,l
June: offered by Twitter DM
June: offered by Twitter DM

I don’t like being lied about. This isn’t about the money for this guy, it’s about the humiliation and the stress and the game. Seven times.

R to @LegalGengar: She says that she has offered numerous times to pay you but that you have refused to provide details to enable her to do that. Is that true?

R to @TrueColoursKits: No. Of course that isn’t true. Every stage of a CCJ claim has to provide options on how to make settlement in order to make settlement. The alternative option is to submit a defence. Monroe did neither of these. She ignored it. 1/2

Today, I attended the court hearing at Southend County Court. Ms Monroe did not attend.

The matter will be put before a Judge for further directions and sanctions.

R to @Alexand76494753: Guy signed up to my Patreon on the 7th of January and paid £10.
On the 9th of January he messaged to say he was taking me to court for not sending him the goods. Two days later. And he hadn’t provided an address when he signed up so had opted out of receiving them anyway. But… two days between signing up and threatening small claims court. Two. Days.

R to @BootstrapCook: I still don't know what this is about but it sounds nightmarish, Jack. Hold in there!

Yes I should have nipped it in the bud there and then, but, it was TWO DAYS.

R to @nerans1: Claiming he doesn’t want anyone knowing his name, yet forcing court actions that will put his name on public record and posting the paperwork for those court actions on his website. And inviting journalists and photographers to the sham court trial and emailing the media trying to make it into a story. Make it make sense.

R to @BootstrapCook: I’ve had to split my family up and we are all staying separately for our own safety. I’m in absolute fing HELL, thankyou very much to the trolls who have been sharing my home address all over the internet with no consideration for the CHILD who lives there. Because yes, despite their ridiculous lies, I am the parent with primary custody of my son, and always have been. He thankfully has no idea what’s going on, and no longer reads my Twitter because it’s too toxic and upsetting for him. Leave me alone so I can get well, please.

I’m not at home at the moment and haven’t been for some time- acting on police advice - and won’t be returning for the foreseeable future. As fun as it is to watch them all ringing my video doorbell and peering in my windows, fleet streets finest should probably save themselves the fruitless trip to the seaside and leave me and my family the do alone.

And as we’re setting records straight here: the Lee Anderson libel money was donated in full to my old food bank, along with everything else that went into my PayPal in that time period. I ringfenced the lot and set it aside - exactly as I said I would do - I didn’t want to try to work out what was what so easier to just donate every contribution and assume it was all for any potential legal action.

I have the receipts, so does my agent and so do several journalists, and out of concern for the small charity and not wanting to direct a pile of trolls at them, we won’t be naming the beneficiary publicly. (I’m under no legal obligation to do so; I checked.)

You either believe me or you don’t, but I know I did the right thing. In my long and thorough experience, the trolls won’t be swayed by the evidence anyway, so I’d far rather protect a small group of kindly volunteers who saved my life, than pander to a large group of abusers who are determined to end it.

That’s all. Hunkering back down in the bunker now.

R to @LaineyJ25: Yes. And he stated in his initial contact that he had been a backer for a long time and claimed I had denied him a refund (untrue). He messaged anonymously with no details of his pledge, and did not provide a name that I could check against until the small claims court letter came in, so I had no idea he had joined two days prior. By which time it was too late to stop the juggernaut. This whole thing has made me very very ill, but I’m emerging and I’m coming back swinging.
