Russia has launched another heavy missile attack on Ukrainian cities. Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Kryvy Rih, Dnipro, Vinnytsia, Ladyzhyn, Burshtyn, Khmelnytsky and other cities were targets of terrorists.

In the city of Dnipro, a residential building has been destroyed in this Russian attack.
It was possible to save dozens of injured people, and treatment is provided to them.
Debris clearance is still ongoing and will continue throughout the night. It's not yet known how many people are under the rubble.
Unfortunately, the death toll is growing every hour… My condolences to relatives and friends.

All services are now working in the sites hit by Russian missiles.
Out of more than thirty missiles launched towards Ukraine during the day, more than 20 were shot down. These are hundreds of saved lives. I thank our Air Force, our airmen and everyone who helps.
Unfortunately, energy infrastructure facilities have been also hit. In this regard, the most difficult situation is in Kharkiv region and Kyiv region.

Can Russian terror be stopped? Yes.
Is it possible to do it somehow differently than on the battlefield in Ukraine? Unfortunately no. This can and must be done on our land, in our sky, in our sea.
What is needed for this? The weapons that are in the warehouses of our partners and that our troops are so waiting for.
The whole world knows WHAT can stop and HOW it's possible to stop those who sow death.
And I thank everyone who helps us in this!

Станом на зараз врятовано 39 людей, з них 6 дітей. Загинули 25 людей, з них 1 дитина. Травмовано 73 людини, з них 13 дітей. Розшукується 43 людини.
Попередньо зруйновано 72 квартири та пошкоджено понад 230 квартир.

Встановлено 4 намети ДСНС та 2 намети від волонтерів. Психологи надають допомогу постраждалим.

Пошуково-рятувальні роботи та демонтаж небезпечних конструктивних елементів тривають. Цілодобово. Продовжуємо боротися за кожне життя.

Мої співчуття всім рідним і близьким загиблих.

As of now, 39 people were rescued, including 6 children. 25 people died, including 1 child. 73 people were injured, including 13 children. 43 people are missing.
Preliminary 72 apartments were destroyed and more than 230 apartments were damaged.

4 tents of the State Emergency Service and 2 tents from volunteers were set up. Psychologists are providing assistance to the victims.

Search and rescue operations and dismantling of dangerous structural elements continue. Round the clock. We continue to fight for every life.

Сьогодні весь день отримую доповіді з Дніпра. Там продовжується розбір завалів.

Залучені всі необхідні служби, і я дякую всім, хто здійснює рятувальну операцію!

Станом на цей час залишається невідомою доля більше 30 людей, які могли бути в будинку на час влучання ракети терористів.
Десятки людей вдалося врятувати з-під завалів, серед них – шестеро дітей. Ми боремось за кожну людину! І рятувальна операція триватиме стільки, скільки буде хоч найменший шанс врятувати життя.

За час, що минув після цієї ракетної атаки, Україна почула слова співчуття і підтримки від багатьох лідерів, суспільних діячів, журналістів і звичайних людей з різних країн світу. Я дякую кожному, хто не залишився байдужим! Це дуже важливо – що нормальні люди об’єднуються у відповідь на терор.

As of now, the fate of more than 30 people who could have been in the house at the time of the terrorists' missile hit remains unknown.
Dozens of people were rescued from the rubble, including six children. We are fighting for every person! The rescue operation will last as long as there is even the slightest chance to save lives.

Провів засідання Ставки Верховного Головнокомандувача. Обговорили події на передовій, окремо проаналізували ситуацію на Донеччині й Півдні. Заслухали інформацію про ймовірні дії агресора в найближчий час. Не випускаємо з уваги того, що ворог готуватиме нові ракетні удари, тож розробляємо максимально ефективні заходи протидії. Насамкінець зупинилися на забезпеченні ЗСУ боєприпасами й підготовці командирів тактичної ланки.

I held a meeting of the Staff of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief. We discussed the situation on the frontline, separately analyzed the situation in the Donetsk region and the south. We heard information about the likely actions of the aggressor in the near future. The truth about the full-scale war against our country continues to be told.

Everyone knows the Russian formula of war: terrorist attacks, genocide, war crimes and destruction of critical infrastructure.

Заслухав доповіді щодо зруйнованого російською ракетою будинку у Дніпрі.

Станом на зараз розбір завалів і пошуково-рятувальну операцію завершено. Відомо про 45 загиблих, серед яких 6 дітей. Із травмами різних ступенів тяжкості – 79 осіб, серед них 16 дітей. Загалом у цій багатоповерхівці проживало близько 1700 осіб. У будинку пошкоджено 230 квартир, повністю зруйновано – 72.

Доручив максимально спростити і пришвидшити отримання допомоги постраждалими, щоб люди якомога швидше почали відбудовувати життя після цієї трагедії.

Також проводимо слідчі дії для з’ясування всіх обставин та встановлення всіх причетних до цього злочину Росії проти мирних людей України.

Ми обов’язково знайдемо всіх, хто спричинив цей терор. Кожного, хто причетний до цього та інших ракетних ударів проти України, буде знайдено й притягнуто до відповідальності.

As of now, the debris dismantling and search and rescue operation is completed. Мені б хотілося, щоб вони зробили з моїх слів один висновок. Цей висновок – ніколи не боятися змінювати оптику. Не бути заручниками того, що віджило своє.

Щоб залишатись вільними, треба завжди ніби перевідкривати заново – що є свободою. А щоб зберігати лідерство, треба завжди визнавати реальність. Українська реальність зараз – те, що ми можемо виграти в цій війні.

Ми можемо відновити мир на всій нашій території без того, щоб залишати якісь шматки землі Кремлю для чергових експериментів над людьми та історією. Але для цього ми всі маємо бути разом – Україна, Німеччина і увесь вільний світ. Вірю, що будемо!

I would like them to draw one conclusion from my words. This conclusion is to never be afraid to change the optics. To never be hostage to what has become obsolete.

To remain free, we must always rediscover what freedom is. And to maintain leadership, we must always admit the reality. The Ukrainian reality now is that we can win this war.

We can restore peace on our entire territory without leaving any pieces of land to the Kremlin for further experiments on people and history. But for this we must all be together - Ukraine, Germany and the whole free world. I believe that we will!

Почалась сьогодні робота щорічного форуму в Давосі, традиційно потужного глобального політичного й економічного майданчика. Світ чує Україну в Давосі – там знають, що Росія зробила з Дніпром, знають, що терористи роблять з Херсоном, з Харковом, з нашим Донбасом та іншими територіями, на які Росія принесла смерть.

Дуже важливо: перша леді України представила сьогодні у Давосі всі елементи нашої формули миру, включно з принциповим пунктом про справедливість – а це включає повну відповідальність російських терористів за все скоєне. І підтримка світом нашої дипломатичної ініціативи – дуже відчувається.

The annual forum in Davos, traditionally a powerful global political and economic platform, has started today. The world hears Ukraine in Davos - they know what Russia has done to Dnipro, they know what terrorists are doing to Kherson, Kharkiv, our Donbas and other territories Russia brought death to.

It is very important that the First Lady of Ukraine presented all the elements of our Peace Formula in Davos today, including the fundamental clause on justice, which envisages full liability of Russian terrorists for everything they have done. Сьогодні в Броварах Київської області сталася жахлива трагедія. Розбився гелікоптер ДСНС, на місці падіння виникла пожежа.

Станом на цю хвилину 15 людей загинули. Точне число жертв трагедії наразі встановлюється.

Серед них міністр внутрішніх справ України Денис Монастирський, його перший заступник Євгеній Єнін, державний секретар МВС Юрій Лубкович, їхні помічники, екіпаж гвинтокрила.

Травмовано 25 людей, серед них 10 дітей.

Станом на цю хвилину загинули три дитини. Невимовний біль. Гвинтокрил упав на територію одного з дитячих садочків.

Доручив Службі безпеки України у взаємодії з Національною поліцією України й іншими уповноваженими органами зʼясувати всі обставини того, що сталося.

На місці трагедії працюють усі служби.

Мої співчуття всім рідним і близьким загиблих!

Today, a terrible tragedy occurred in Brovary, Kyiv region. A SES helicopter crashed, and a fire broke out at the crash site.

As of this minute, 15 people died. The exact number of victims of the tragedy is currently being established.

Among them are Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Denys Monastyrskyi, his first deputy Yevhen Yenin, State Secretary of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Yuri Lubkovych, their assistants and the helicopter crew.

25 people were injured, including 10 children.

As of this minute, 3 children died. The pain is unspeakable. The helicopter fell on the territory of one of the kindergartens.

I have instructed the Security Service of Ukraine, in cooperation with the National Police of Ukraine and other authorized bodies, to find out all the circumstances of what happened.

All services are working on the scene of the tragedy.

Щоб почати війну, Росії знадобилось менше однієї секунди. Щоб увести за це перші санкції – світу знадобились дні.
Час, що вільний світ витрачає на роздуми, держава-терорист витрачає на вбивства.

Світ вагався у 2014 році, коли Росія без вагань окупувала Крим. Світ вагався у 2022-му, коли Росія без вагань зробила війну повномасштабною. Світ не має вагатися сьогодні і ніколи більше.

Надання Україні ППО має випередити нові ракетні атаки Росії. Постачання західних танків має випередити вторгнення чергових російських танків. Відновлення безпеки і миру в Україні має випередити атаку Росії на безпеку і мир інших країн. Трибунал за скоєні воєнні злочини має запобігти новим.
Розширення НАТО і ЄС має випередити поширення російської агресії.

Ми щодня захищаємо цінності, котрі деякі союзники сприймають як даність. Даністю ж для нас є те, що світ потребує рішучих та швидких кроків.

Сказав це під час звернення до учасників Всесвітнього економічного форуму у Давосі.
