Сьогодні у нашої держави плідний день – плідний у протистоянні тим, хто навіть зараз намагався послаблювати Україну. Нікому ми послаблювати нашу державу не дамо.

Я дякую всім правоохоронцям, які сьогодні продемонстрували силу права і держави.
Дякую уряду України – за оперативне кадрове реагування.
Зокрема, сьогодні було звільнено керівників митниці. Щодо частини цих звільнених розпочато дисциплінарні провадження.
На жаль, у деяких сферах тільки так можна гарантувати законність – змінюючи керівників разом із впровадженням інституційних змін.
Змінюючи настільки, наскільки необхідно, щоб врешті люди не бруднилися на посадах.

Сьогодні ж Службою безпеки України, ДБР, Бюро економічної безпеки та прокуратурою в межах відкритих кримінальних проваджень проведено десятки обшуків та інших дій у різних регіонах.
І щодо різних осіб.
Рух до справедливості відчувається. І справедливість буде забезпечена.
Особливо важлива чистота процесів у структурах Міністерства оборони і загалом Сил оборони.
Будь-яке внутрішнє постачання, будь-які закупівлі – все має бути абсолютно таким же чистим і чесним, як зовнішнє постачання для нашої оборони.
Хто цьому заважатиме – той не залишиться у відповідних структурах.

Я дякую всім, хто воює за Україну! Дякую кожному і кожній, хто допомагає нам отримувати необхідну зброю! Дякую всім у світі, хто підтримує нас!

Today is a fruitful day for our country - a fruitful day in confronting those who are trying to weaken Ukraine even now. We will not allow anyone to weaken our state.

I thank all law enforcement officials who have demonstrated the power of law and the power of the state today.
I am grateful to the Government of Ukraine for its prompt personnel response.
In particular, today the heads of customs service were dismissed. I have been informed that disciplinary proceedings have been initiated against some of those dismissed.
Unfortunately, in some spheres, the only way to guarantee legitimacy is to change leaders along with institutional changes implementation.
Change as much as necessary to ensure that people do not abuse power.

Today, the Security Service of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigation, the Bureau of Economic Security and the Prosecutor's Office have conducted dozens of searches and other actions in different regions and against different individuals in the framework of open criminal proceedings.
Hence, the movement towards justice is tangible. And justice will be ensured.
The purity of processes within the Ministry of Defense and the defense forces in general is especially important. Any internal supply, any procurement - everything must be absolutely as clean and honest as the external supply for our defense.
Those who interfere with this will not remain in the relevant structures.

Житловий будинок, ракетний удар. Загинули та перебувають під завалами мирні люди.
Це не повторення історії, це щоденна реальність життя нашої країни. Країни, яка територіально межує з абсолютним злом.
І яка мусить його здолати, щоб звести до нуля ймовірність повторення подібних трагедій.

Станом на зараз відомо про двох загиблих і вісьмох поранених у Краматорську.
На місці працюють усі необхідні служби, здійснюється тимчасове переселення людей, надається перша медична допомога, розбирають завали.

Щирі співчуття рідним і близьким загиблих. А всіх винних обов’язково знайдемо та покараємо. На помилування вони не заслуговують.

A residential building, a missile strike, civilians killed and trapped under the rubble.
This is not a repetition of history, this is the daily reality of our country. A country bordering absolute evil.
And a country that has to overcome it in order to reduce to zero the likelihood of such tragedies happening again.

As of now, there is information about two dead and eight wounded in Kramatorsk.
All the necessary services are working on site, temporarily relocating people, providing first aid and clearing the rubble.

Sincere condolences to the families and friends of the victims. We will definitely find and punish all the perpetrators. They do not deserve mercy.

З Урсулою фон дер Ляєн ми обговорили забезпечення фінансової та соціальної стійкості України (європейська підтримка є критичною для нашої держави) і відбудову. Було багато дискусій різного рівня в Європі щодо відновлення нашої країни після бойових дій. Нині час для більшої конкретики.

Обговорили й нові санкції проти Росії – зокрема, десятий санкційний пакет Євросоюзу. Це спільне європейське завдання – зменшити здатність Росії обходити санкції. Що швидше та якісніше це завдання буде виконуватись, то ближче ми будемо до поразки російської агресії.

Україна та Євросоюз не є більше окремими субʼєктами європейського життя. Наші цінності – спільні. Наша доля – спільна. Наш ворог – спільний. Наш захист – спільний. А отже, і наше життя обʼєднується.

Вже не уявити обʼєднаної Європи без України. І наші інституції вже де-факто взаємодіють так, як це має бути між ЄС і державою – членом ЄС. Тепер ми це все маємо підтвердити на політичному та юридичному рівнях.

Ключовим кроком буде відкриття переговорів про членство, і я сподіваюся, що вже незабаром ми зможемо оголосити також і про це.

Сказав про це під час спільного засідання Кабінету Міністрів України та Колегії Європейської комісії, яке вперше відбувається в Києві.

Вже майже рік ми стоїмо проти зла. Ми об’єднані, якими давно не були. І ми сміливі – наші героїчні солдати вже завдавали поразок злу на полі бою.

Ми не допускаємо зневіри. Завдяки хоробрості наших воїнів. Завдяки допомозі друзів свободи у світі, лідерам і людям, які допомагають. Ми разом стоїмо. І ми з вами повинні зробити все, щоб наступного року – у перший четвер лютого – ми змогли помолитися вже просто з подякою за здобутий порятунок від зла.

Сказав про це, звертаючись до учасників Національного молитовного сніданку. Вже 70 років зберігається ця традиція молитовних сніданків, що збирають найбільш впливових політичних лідерів.

Цьогоріч у Молитовному сніданку взяли участь Президент Джозеф Байден, віце-президент США Камала Гарріс, лідери Конгресу, поважні представники штатів, американського суспільства та релігійних спільнот. Серед учасників був також король Йорданії Абдалла.

Це об‘єднання – символ того, що попри будь-які, навіть найгірші, обставини, найкраще в людях все одно переважає, а молитва – продовжується.

Провів сьогодні засідання Ставки, вперше – у подвійному форматі.
Спочатку – традиційний повний склад Ставки. Розглянули ситуацію на фронті. Намагання Росії посилити тиск на Донбасі. Забезпечення армії. Підготовка кадрів та інші питання постійної уваги Ставки.

А потім, у другій половині дня, – додаткова зустріч членів Ставки у вузькому форматі. Для особливо вагомої розмови.

Ми не залишимо без нашої відповіді жодну агресивну дію окупанта. Ворог у специфічній стадії. Коли стратегічно програш Росії вже зрозумілий. Але тактично у них ще є ресурс для спроб наступальних дій.

Ми ж маємо продовжувати те саме, що робимо. Посилювати нашу стійкість, бути абсолютно єдиними у прагненні забезпечити нашу армію та всіх захисників необхідною зброєю та обладнанням – нам в Україні потрібно говорити одним голосом зі світом щодо постачання для оборони. А також маємо щомісяця відчутно посилювати глобальний тиск на Росію.

Продовжуємо і нашу боротьбу з внутрішнім ворогом – і я дякую Службі безпеки України, ДБР, Офісу Генерального прокурора і всім тим, хто ще задіяний в очищенні нашої держави.
Нові кроки – будуть.

Today, I held a meeting of the Staff, for the first time in a dual format.
First, the traditional full composition of the Staff. We reviewed the situation at the front, Russia's attempts to increase pressure in Donbas. The issue of supplying the army. Training of personnel and other issues of constant attention of the Staff.

And then, in the afternoon, an additional meeting of the members of the Staff in a narrow format. For a particularly important conversation.
We will not leave any aggressive action of the invader without our response. The enemy is at a specific stage when Russia's strategic defeat is already clear. But tactically, they still have the resources to attempt offensive actions.

We have to continue what we are doing: strengthen our resilience, be absolutely united in our aspiration to provide our army and all defenders with the necessary weapons and equipment – we in Ukraine need to speak with one voice to the world on defense supplies. We also need to tangibly increase global pressure on Russia every month.

We also continue our fight against the internal enemy. I am grateful to the Security Service of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigation, the Prosecutor General's Office and all those who are involved in the cleansing of our country.
New steps will follow.

I thank each and every one of our warriors! All soldiers and sailors, sergeants and foremen, officers and generals! To everyone who is resilient!

The fact that almost a year after the beginning of this war, after the full-scale invasion began, we held a meaningful and fruitful EU-Ukraine Summit in the capital of Ukraine proves very clearly that Russia will not be able to break us, the citizens of Ukraine and all Europeans.

During the Summit, we discussed the security and support for Ukrainian warriors, as well as specific further joint steps with the European Union to strengthen our common defense and bring our common victory closer. We also talked in detail about the implementation of the Peace Formula, cooperation to restore justice for all those who suffered from Russia's evil, and strengthening sanctions against the aggressor. A separate topic of our talks was Ukraine's further integration into the European Union.

Цей ранок в Україні, як і багато інших, почався з повітряної тривоги. Цей день, як і багато інших, минув у надзвичайно жорстоких боях на фронті. Але все одно цим вечором можна сказати, що Україна йде до своєї мети.

Ми зберегли українську свободу. Ми захищаємо цінності України.
І ми досягнемо цілей нашої держави. Європейських цілей нашої держави.

Сьогодні дуже відчувалася впевненість у цьому – під час саміту. Ми говоримо вже як учасники європейської спільноти. І працюємо – щоб зафіксувати це де-юре.

Є розуміння, що почати переговори про членство України в Євросоюзі можна цього року. Є розуміння партнерами також і того, що цього року маємо, як і торік, незмінно посилювати оборонну підтримку нашої держави і тиск на Росію.

Готуємо більшу інтеграцію України до внутрішнього ринку ЄС – це більші доходи українських компаній, більше виробництво та робочі місця в нашій країні, це доходи державного і місцевих бюджетів.

Зустрівся з віце-прем’єр-міністром, міністром національної оборони Польщі Маріушем Блащаком. Він разом з іншими партнерами та міністром оборони України взяв участь вже у третій зустрічі держав – учасниць нашої танкової коаліції.

Сподіваємось, що досягнуті домовленості щодо постачання Україні західної бронетехніки вже незабаром принесуть перші результати. Створення танкової коаліції – це не лише про посилення ЗСУ, а й про прискорення звільнення українських територій.

Я дякую за конкретні та вагомі кроки, які робить Польща, щоб посилити Збройні Сили України.

I met with the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of National Defence of Poland Mariusz Błaszczak. Together with other partners and the Minister of Defense of Ukraine, he took part in the third meeting of the member states of our tank coalition.

We hope the agreements reached regarding the supply of western armored vehicles to Ukraine will soon bring the first results. The creation of the "tank coalition" is not only about strengthening the Armed Forces but also about hastening the liberation of Ukrainian territories.

This morning in Ukraine, like many others, began with an air raid alert. This day, like many others, was spent in extremely brutal battles at the front. But all the same, this evening we can say that Ukraine is moving towards its goal.

We've preserved Ukrainian freedom. We're protecting the values of Ukraine. And we will achieve the goals of our state. European goals of our state.

Today, there was a lot of confidence in this during the summit. We spoke and are already speaking as members of the European community. And we are working to fix this de jure.

There is an understanding that it is possible to start negotiations on Ukraine's membership in the European Union this year. The partners also understand that this year, as last year, we have to continuously strengthen the defense support of our country and the pressure on Russia, in particular the sanctions pressure.

We are preparing for greater integration of Ukraine into the internal market of the EU – it means more income for Ukrainian companies, more production and jobs in our country, and more income for state and local budgets.
