I’ve very recently been in that same horrible dark place you are in and it’s certainly not something to make light of.
Please speak to someone and seek help, I just wish I had some way of passing my number to you if you wanted someone to talk to that’s experienced the awful feelings you have at the moment. All I can do is send you my love and stay strong.
