Alex sleep meditation worked. Fell asleep withinn five mins. Woke up at 5ish for a wee, went back to sleep naturally until now and have no recollection of what he was waffling about. I still can't stand him, so wasn't subliminally brainwashed to think otherwise.... 10/10 recommend 👌🏽
